This type of house was widely commercially available through mail order catalogues as well as department stores and toy shops in the early tears of the 20th century. They made excellent presents for children and are much sought after by collectors in the early years of the 21st century.

Questo tipo di casa fu ampiamente venduta attraverso cataloghi di vendita per corrispondenza, nonché nei grandi magazzini e negozi di giocattoli all’inizio del 20°secolo. Rappresentava un eccellente regalo per bambini e, alla fine del 21° secolo,  un articolo molto ricercato dai collezionisti.
